We are seeking an experienced Strategic Client Manager to join our ambitious strategic sales team. Reporting to the Strategic Sales Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join the Strategic Sales team in a newly created role, designed to support our growth by nourishing, building and growing relationships with our strategic clients. Responsible for working with our existing strategic accounts you will be one of the main point of contacts for our customers by being their ‘Trusted Adviser’.

This is a key role within the sales organisation that requires entrepreneurship and enthusiasm. We are looking for people who are as excited about this opportunity as we are!

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Strategic Client Manager, you will:

  • Working hand-in-hand with the Strategic Client Director you will be responsible for the client renewal schedule and ensuring that the necessary contracts are issued and closed on time and in line with Sales targets.
  • When a client is not comfortable or wants to expand their relationship at the renewal then the Client Manager will alert the Strategic Client Director to engage the wider Account Team to establish next steps.
  • The Strategic Client Manager is responsible for the implementation of Account Plans and Contact for all your strategic accounts that have both short-term objectives and long-term goals.
  • Speaking with customers on a regular basis to confirm client experience and satisfaction – this is a client customer success role.
  • Ensuring client invoices are understood, reconcile to requirements and when disputed work with the AR Team and client to resolve.
  • Managing new client onboarding, training and support.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Strategic Client Manager if you have:

  • Prior experience in Account Management
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts and accounts simultaneously
  • Proven experience developing creative solutions to clients’ out of the ordinary problems.
  • Superior communication skills (both written and oral) and comfortable presenting and speaking to senior-level executives
  • Leadership skills with an empathetic approach
  • Proactive and motivated to go above and beyond to keep customers happy
  • A problem-solving mentality
