The Role The Home Onboarding Associate is a critical member of our Operations team contributing directly to our growth across the United States. This person is responsible for coordinating all the efforts that go into turning an empty apartment into a beautiful Zeus home. This position interacts with several internal and external partners to prepare new homes for Zeus residents, managing the entire onboarding process from the initial inspection, to staging of the home, to setting up services so it is move-in ready. You will be the key point of contact for homeowners, property managers, and your team members throughout the onboarding process. You will also be responsible for continuously improving on processes and problem solving. While the majority of our team is based in SF and NY, this is a remote-friendly role. #LI-Remote
What You'll Do
- Manage the daily activities of internal team members and third parties who will inspect and stage each new home
- Communicate and coordinate with owners, the staging team, the warehouse team, and other members of the operations team to ensure the schedule for each property is up to date at any given moment
- Be the point person for any and all questions regarding the properties you are coordinating
- Manage the schedule of over fifty tasks including, but not limited to: inspections, property fixes, staging, and utility transfers
- Review inspection forms to make sure each and every property is up to the Zeus Standard
- Collaborate with the Maintenance team to identify and resolve maintenance issues that may come up during the onboarding process
- Identify and create process improvements

- A dynamic problem solver who can think on their feet
- A process-oriented person who can build, document, and execute efficient processes for complex workflows
- 2-4 years of operations experience
