We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our IT team in Bangalore, reporting to the director of IT Infrastructure & Platforms. In this role, you will be deploying, managing, and solutioning cloud-based infrastructure in support of Infoblox’s SaaS and secure access services edge (SASE) direction to our internal clients and external customers.

What you’ll do:

• Manage Azure Active Directory and O365 Exchange email
• Azure VM deployment and management scripting automation
• Integrate applications with Okta SSO via SAML/OIDC
• REST API scripting integration between systems such as ServiceNow, Okta, Azure AD/Exchange, Google Apps, and AWS
• Manage MS SQL Server application (prior to AWS migration)
• Provide advanced troubleshooting of Windows OS and Intune application deployment issues

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years automation scripting (Powershell required, Terraform/Ansible recommended)
• 3+ years Azure Windows VM deployment, patching, and troubleshooting experience
• 2+ years SAML/OIDC SSO integration experience
• 2+ years AWS Linux VM deployment, patching, and troubleshooting experience
• 2+ years Azure/AWS security configuration experience
• 2+ years with DevOps/GitOps usage
• Ability to lead initiatives and figure out solutions to challenging issues independently
• Ability to leverage other team members’ skills and experience to deliver solutions
• Ability to write design documentation
• Bachelor of Science degree minimum

What success looks like:

After six months, you will have...

• Implemented a GitOps deployment (GitHub repository, Jenkins pipeline, Terraform/Ansible script) of CIS-Level 1 Azure/AWS VM’s, with all cloud security settings done with REST calls
• Deployed a quarterly scripted review of inactive AD users/computers/distribution lists
• Completed many SAML integrations of applications within Okta, leveraging Okta groups for roles-based authorization

After about a year, you will have...

• Developed Terraform deployments of new applications to our AWS Kubernetes (EKS) cluster
• Remastered our employee identity from Azure AD to Okta, while retaining our working O365 Exchange environment
