Cvent is seeking an entrepreneurial, creative and analytical online marketing specialist to join our Demand Generation team and help us acquire, engage, and retain prospects and customers. You will focus on managing online campaigns for the Demand Generation team including website optimization and testing, digital ad design, asset allocation, audience segmentation and reporting.

You will partner especially closely with our digital, content, and product marketing teams to drive improved performance of our website and other digital channels. You will focus on upgrading our promotional messaging, refining our calls to action and driving increased conversion rates online to deepen our engagement with prospects and customers and generate qualified leads for our sales teams.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and oversee the execution of online campaigns in collaboration with Digital & Web teams including paid media placements, paid social & paid search
• Collaborate with Digital, Web & Product Marketing teams to optimize PPC landing pages including A/B and multivariant testing
• Build & maintain global online campaigns calendar providing visibility & clarity on which offers & assets to promote by channel and audience.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop, update and optimize product and solutions webpages on Cvent.com
• Facilitate bi-weekly meetings with Digital Marketing team to manage active project list and collaborate on ongoing campaign optimizations & recommendations to reach lead and customer acquisition goals
• Manage online campaign reporting to inform optimization recommendations
• Develop and manage dashboards to monitor Demand Generation online marketing channel performance
• Work closely with Marketing Automation & Technology team to ensure proper attribution of online marketing channels

What You Need For This Position

• 5+ years of experience in a B2B digital marketing role in technology
• A strong track record of successfully managing digital campaigns that meet and exceed KPIs to drive pipeline and revenue growth for the business
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as listening and interpretation skills
• Ability to establish and manage priorities and drive projects to completion
• Thrives working globally and cross-functionally. Enjoys building strong internal and external relationships
• Creative thinker and problem solver, willing to take risks and able to problem solve in real-time
• Able to recognize potential obstacles and proactively suggests recommendations and solutions
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM programs such as Marketo, Wordpress, Drupal and Salesforce.com is a plus
