Your area of responsibility

• Develop a pipeline of new and improved ingredients for our ever expanding Product!
• Definition of the quality requirements for the new ingredients and improvement plans for existing ingredients
• Collaboration with Supply Chain teams and suppliers to achieve your goals
• Coordination of sensory assessments to ensure we meet our customer expectations
• Optimization of the processes for the development of ingredients
• Coordination and fulfilment of strategic and ad-hoc workstreams with stakeholders such as recipe developers, menu planners and purchasing
• Guarantee of the clear and precise representation of data in the internal systems

Your profile

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar supply chain role
• You have a college degree in a science subject
• Ideally, you already have experience developing ingredients, recipes and/or cooking instructions
• You work independently, structured and conscientious, always keeping an eye on the details
• You think entrepreneurially and work driven by data and processes
• You have a great interest in operational processes and their continuous improvement
• You have good communication skills for interacting with stakeholders from recipe development, menu planning and purchasing
• You speak German at a native level and very good English
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
