Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in performance marketing.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and French fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with Google's Ads Solutions.
  • Knowledge of the industry’s challenges, opportunities, and the ability to develop vision for growth on a business.
  • Effective analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, organizational, project management, and communication skills.

About the job

The Insights and Business Solutions team is part of Large Customer Sales (LCS), a group working directly with our customers and partners. The team’s mission is to “get all the Google expertise customers need to accelerate their growth and digital marketing transformation”. As a Performance Specialist, you will help our advertisers to reach their business goals with our performance solutions and product offering. Your scope will be in a direct coordination with one LCS industry sector to work as one team.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of customer's businesses on performance to formulate and execute performance.
  • Build relationships with external customer's, and your respective LCS team sector.
  • Leverage Google product expertise to develop and deliver innovative creative performance advertising solutions for your sectorized customer's.
  • Educate customers on the ecosystem and work with sales and agency teams to prioritize short, mid, and long-term actions around performance products; develop case studies of successful campaigns to share insights with customers and for external communication.
  • Leverage product releases, internally and externally and articulate your work with other internal teams for better results.
