Brand Manager Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolism (CVRM)

Your main tasks/ key accountabilities

·Preparation, coordination and execution of launch/brand plans

·develop business cases for new opportunities and ROI

·Financial planning, forecasting and manage promotional budget

·Develop, implement and track the marketing and sales strategy

·Manage and coordinate all promotion and communication to costumers

·Take active role in cross-functional team, run brand team meetings, and ensure implementation of plans

·Leveraging disease and market knowledge to gain customer insights (including market research) and translate into brand strategies and activities

·Establish KEE network, identify customer needs and provide support for these stakeholders

·Seek opportunities to promote brand activities internally and externally

Requirements

·University degree in business or natural science

· 3-5 years of experience in pharma-, marketing and/or sales or medical affairs

·Solid knowledge of brand and portfolio strategies, marketing mix and commercialization

·Experience in product lifecycle management and launch experience

·Excellent knowledge of the Austrian pharma market

·Strong skills in financial planning and forecasting

·Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with creative problem-solving ability

·Experienced in leading and working closely together with a cross-functional team

·Hands-on mentality and able to interact with various stakeholders

·Fluent in German and English
