Jr Product Specialist

We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic customer champion who wants to help our users understand Framer better and help them with their general questions through our help channels.Framer is used by the best designers in the world to create high-fidelity, interactive designs and prototypes.

Overview

As a Jr Product Specialist, you'll help our users understand Framer better and answer their general questions through our help channels. Framer is used by the best designers in the world to create high-fidelity, interactive designs and prototypes.

What you'll do

• Answer product-related questions through Intercom, Twitter, Discord, Facebook, and other Social Media channels
• Manage all incoming customer requests in a timely and efficient manner, liaising with other teams to ensure quick resolution and response time
• Moderate, listen and engage regularly with our amazing community members, providing them with any support and resources they need
• Constantly gather feedback from the community and bring those insights to the appropriate internal teams
• Coordinate bug reports and feature requests to our product teams

Your background

• Experience working with customers in a support role
• Ideally you have experience with our current or previous Framer applications and are willing to learn to become even better
• Highly organized, able to prioritize work and escalate for help as needed
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve outcomes
• A design or engineering related background is a plus
• Curious to continue learning about web/product design
• You have great communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written English
