Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related Software Engineering field or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience building conversational applications with Dialogflow or similar
  • Experience building integrations using Python, Java, Go, or Node.js
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with contact center technologies and platforms (i.e. Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, Mitel, Twilio, etc.)
  • Experience with modern cloud architectures and technologies
  • Experience in running training and enablement programs
  • Ability to effectively present to both technical and non-technical audiences, engaging C-Level stakeholders in business and technology transformation
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT Technology space

You listen and deliver what is most helpful for the customer. You assist fellow sales Googlers by problem-solving key technical issues for our customers. You liaise with the product marketing management and engineering teams to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to Google Cloud products.

As a Solutions Specialist in Contact Center AI, you'll contribute experience and thought leadership to support Google Cloud Sales teams, and drive vision, mission, and strategy around the adoption of conversational application solutions. You'll meet with customers to facilitate business transformation, map success patterns, and publish assets to scale your knowledge and support further customer successes.

In this role, you'll leverage Google artificial intelligence to help companies deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for growing the adoption of Contact Center AI across EMEA by building conversational applications and supporting enterprise customers in their adoption journey.

Responsibilities

  • Build, inspire, and lead a cross-functional distributed team of Contact Center AI experts across EMEA within Customer Engineering teams and partners.
  • Represent and reflect the perspective of EMEA customers and partners to influence data-driven vision and direction for Contact Center AI development.
  • Support sales teams on large Contact Center AI opportunities across EMEA.
  • Partner closely with leaders across Customer Engineering, Product, Sales, and Developer teams, and influence executive leadership to help execute strategy.
