Role Purpose:

  • Responsible for providing specialist support in the delivery of HR Services activities, particularly in managing company and mandatory benefits administration, payroll input, vendor management, case management and query handling.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages company and mandatory benefits administration, including HMO, Retirement and Life Insurance end-to-end processing
  • Checks and validates attendance summary of employees for payroll inputs
  • Handles employee clearance and final pay processing and release
  • Works independently or closely with HR systems team, payroll team, 3rd party providers and members of HR team to ensure completion and resolution of employee transactions and queries
  • Develops and analyses reports associated with HR Services delivery independently or with 3rd party providers
  • Oversees management of employees’ records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree
  • At least 3 years work experience with broad knowledge, proven industry experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
  • Must be willing to work on a night shift
