We need a nimble, agile Influencer with solid marketing automation experience to join Thomson Reuters. Working in the Demand Generation Centre of Excellence team you will be both marketing automation strategist and technologist. You will be responsible for implementing automated touchpoints at every stage of the Legal customer lifecycle: from awareness to retention, and everything else in between, including acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, onboarding and renewals.

About the Role

In this new opportunity as Regional Marketing Automation Lead, you will:

  • Act as a regional subject matter expert related to the migration of disparate marketing automation systems into a single instance of Eloqua that unifies demand gen practices and lead management process.
  • Own, manage, or consult on multiple Eloqua components including canvases, segments, list, emails, landing pages, forms and lead routing.
  • Manage workflow and assign regional marketing activation executions effectively and efficiently. Manage email campaigns from beginning to end, monitor results and provide recommendations or take action to improve.
  • Power the Global Marketing team’s marketing practice by designing, developing and socializing marketing automation workflows/campaigns to drive user engagement, conversions, qualified leads, and closed won sales opportunities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on audience data and segmentation to deliver highly targeted, personalized campaigns that focus producing exceptional results in lead generation, sales enablement, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Optimize demand generation campaigns by partnering with marketing stakeholders, driving A/B testing, and leveraging ancillary martech integrations.
  • Work with closely with Activation Advisor and Marketing Automation teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Embrace agile marketing practices to efficiently manage workflow of demand gen delivery activities and tasks a nd u tilize strong project management skills to track and deliver marketing automation projects on time.

About you:

You're a fit for the role if you have:

  • 5 + years or working in a similar capacity of leading / driving marketing automation across the customer lifecycle
  • Expert proficiency in marketing automation and CRM: strategies, tactics, best practices, project management and results
  • Certifications in CRM and Marketing Automation, especially Salesforce and Eloqua, preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in multichannel digital marketing and its interdependence with marketing automation.
  • Proven experience in activating multiple marketing automation workflows;
  • Strong track record of acquiring, nurturing, scoring, qualifying and passing leads to the sales channels coupled with troubleshooting skills to keep the marketing leads flowing between Eloqua and Salesforce,
  • Excellent independent project management and self-starter skills and experience working in cross-functional team matrixed organization.
