The Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring the Direct To Retail organization operates as one single collaborative team across all routes to market and functions. This collaboration should craft the foundation for the Consumer business to build and strengthen the Apple team with the clear goal of significantly growing the business. This requires strong leadership skills and the ability to encourage and empower sales teams across all levels. The focus will be to formulate the growth objectives and strategies for success for the consumer business within Colombia ensuring that the team delivers against these objectives. The role requires critical thinking, a deep understanding of what it means to be the custodian of a brand, a real passion for being a business leader and to be evangelical about delivering a superlative experience to customers, across market segments, whilst always thinking about what is next.

Description
Description You will be directly managing and developing the Retail and APR businesses within Colombia and work in close coordination with the ALAC SP&O and business planning teams. You'll be a part of the North Region management team and engage on ad hoc projects to support the regional business and be involved in the following: - Provide inspiration to the teams and present a vision of where the country needs to develop to maximise the opportunity for Apple - Recruits and develops the high calibre and diverse talent needed to provide for Apple’s future success - Development of appropriate go to market strategies to drive the consumer sales objectives for the country and owning key collaborations with the partners in the country - Review the organisational models within the country ensuring we are best set up to maximise the growth opportunities in Colombia - Lead all aspects of the Colombian Consumer country plan to ensure that all routes to market are coordinated into a single vision of growth for the market - Single point of coordination for collaboration across all functions of Apple to align resources to support the growth strategies, and acts as the face of Apple when required - Tightly partner and collaborate with the entire Apple ALAC North team to seamlessly engage the Colombian customer base improving the market impact for Apple. - Help drive the “one Apple” approach establishing relationships across the key components of Apple for successful collaboration - Take the leadership role where there are other functions in country - Own the country forecast across all products and routes to market - Ownership of the goals and objectives for the country across all Lines of business and the development of Apple’s business in the country being responsible for the tactical execution - Drive the right activities to ensure that channel partners achieve the sales objectives
Education & Experience
Education & Experience Position normally requires a degree qualification or equivalent. Master Degree will be a plus. Fluency in English/Spanish is key.
