Organization Overview:

The Talent Acquisition organization is part of the overall HR team and takes care of recruiting external candidates to meet the HC needs for the site. Also, it plays a relevant role working on the internal move process both in terms of providing advice to the business, actioning items via global tools and participating into the interviews. The TA team works for promoting the Lilly brand on the relevant channels, internally and externally, as far as the candidate attraction is concerned, in synergies with the communication strategy. Also, It leverages on career fairs and network events to drive innovation and enhance engagement. Last, the TA collaborates with the admin and L&D depts to make sure new hires get onboarded and receive the right orientation. Special projects, on Global or local level, are also envisioned for the team in terms of testing of new assessment, management tools as well as continuous improvement in the HR space.

Responsibilities:

The HR Recruiter is a full cycle recruiter and a partner for the business since from the job requisition and requirements design till the final wrap up decision towards a hiring effort.

  • Gather requirements from the business, advising on the recruitment strategy
  • Advertise, post, source, screen and interview internal and external candidates leveraging on a variety of tools and methodologies
  • Administer assessment tools and translate relevant insights for the business
  • Interact with the HRS in Cork in order to monitoring and providing feedback with regards to the employee experience
  • Coordinate with the L&D team on the induction as far as the schedule, strategy and feedback are concerned
  • Conduct wrap up meetings with hiring teams to make hiring decisions and share relevant information to the overall HR team and the L&D group, specifically, for talent assessment purposes
  • Set up relationships with academic institutions for recruiting purposes
  • Attend career fairs and external initiatives aiming at talent attraction
  • Provide reports to the HR and Leadership teams around hiring timelines, cycle time, key observations
  • Participate to the Global TA community and related projects
  • Deal with the external workers team in Cork and external agencies when dealing with the engagement of contingent workers, for admin purposes
  • Promote team learning initiatives partnering with the L&D team, with a particular focus on new hires, interns

Basic Requirements:

  • Education Level University Degree
  • Experience +2 years in HR, in recruiting

Additional Skills/Preferences:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or other HR areas of expertise
  • Proficient in English, reporting tools, candidates/employee management systems
  • Proven ability to interact with stakeholders at different level, analyze data, understand business needs, own interview technicality
