About Wells Fargo PhilippinesWells Fargo Philippines enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Operations, Risk and Compliance, Project Management, Finance & Accounting and Data Analytics. We operate in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
About the Role
Responsible for responding to routine inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers regarding financial products and services.
Job Responsibilities
- Duties include processing routine to complex transactions on-line researching and resolving routine to moderately complex problems and inquiries and referring difficult problems to more senior representatives
- Duties may also include:
- cross-sell or refer products
- account maintenance
- report generation
- project work
Market Skills and Certifications
Essential Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least 2 years in college or a Bachelor’s degree , any field
- At least 1 year experience of telephony work, 1 year of customer service and sales experience, 1 year in a financial services and/or call center
- Experience processing complex transactions and performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint
- NOTE: will be on 24/7 operational coverage with weekend work shift requirement and potential schedule during the holidays
