The Role:

As the VC Channel Sales Manager at Logitech Korea, you are an ambitious, goal driven channel business manager who is responsible for developing and managing the channel business for the success of Video Collaboration (VC) business in Korea. You will be directly involved in promoting and driving sell-in / sell-out programs and partner strategies including business development, program analysis, marketing, internal reporting, and partner support from driving VC channel business perspectives.

This position directly reports to the Head of Video Collaboration, Korea and is accountable for the health and commercial performance of Logitech VC’s Channel Partners in Korea.

• Hold overall responsibility for the VC Channel Business, Channel sales, and Customer Satisfaction in the Channel.
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that maximize Logitech’s video collaboration opportunities in the Channel.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• Individual will have prior channel program management, product management, sales or product marketing experience with P&L responsibilities.
• Highly motivated and driven self-starter with a history of achievement in personal and work goals.
• +8 years of related experience in channel sales, operations, partnerships, and BD, particularly in IT or UCC, with a proven track record of success growing businesses.
• Experience within highly ambitious sales/growth/operations environments.
• Strong strategic instincts, negotiating skills, and analytical rigor.
• Excellent relationship-building and maintenance skills with partners internal and external.
• Empathy for your target customer and your co-workers & partners.
• A working knowledge of video collaboration industry and familiarity will be a plus.
