Position Description:

You will be joining Global Talent & Culture CoE to pilot strategies and develops solutions such as onboarding of new CGI joiners, organizations development, talent and career management performance and leadership development, enabling to support the business, develop growth and guarantee a strong CGI Culture.
As a member of this global team, you will collaborate for Western and Southern Europe SBU that counts approximatively 16 000 members based in France, Morocco, Luxemburg, Belgium, Roumania, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
As the Talent & Culture Director, you are an expert in organizational development, and can play a consulting and strategic role with HR Leaders of this perimeter . You can actively contribute to cultural changes efforts and facilitate an inclusive workplace where diversity and individual differences are valued.
As Ambassador of CGI culture, you will guarantee an harmonization of practises in all countries of Western and Southern Europe SBU.
You will be in a position to recruit and manage your team to facilitate your assignments.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

1/ Pilot talents management policy according to CGI practices and values :
- Pilot assessment processes and succession plans
- Reinforce strategies and leadership development practices
2/ Guarantee the development and harmonization of organisations, according to CGI organizational
models
- Contribute to CGI organizational knowledge and understanding
- Advise Operations and HRBP in the CGI organizational models roll-out
- Validate organisations, identify gaps and suggest solutions enabling to reach operational efficiency
3/ Drive all CGI Members programs and management solutions :
- Design and roll-out the best onboarding practices for new CGI joiners
- Pilot career and management performance solutions
- Guarantee the right management of career and management performance assessment
campaigns
- Maintain our competence and function repository
- Maintain and spread the best career and management performance practices
- Pilot assessment campains regarding members satisfaction
- Pilot external assessment solutions (Great Place to Work, Top Employeur)
4/ Lead specific projects linked to HR development at Global or Local level

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Three-Five years post-secondary education with a specialization in Human Resources, you have at least a significative experience of 10 years in the talent management field, leadership development and project change management and operational efficiency.
You have successful change management experience within a multicultural and complex environment. You have managed complex global and international projects.
Beyond your business skills, the following personal qualities are requested :
- Capability to successfully manage difficulties in a fast changing environment, within a global, dynamic and entrepreneurial organization
- Good analytical and synthetical skills
- Come up with new ideas and innovativeness especially knowing how to implement operationally
- Significative skills in written and verbal communication
- Ability to advise and influence at all levels : Top Managers, HR managers, managerial Community
- Good understanding of law differences and cultural subtleties differences within geographies covered by our SBU
- Fluent English (C1)
- A previous experience inside an IT company will be appreciated
