In a few words: We're looking for an experienced HCM Implementation Project Manager to manage from A to Z the implementation of Workday. Reporting directly to Sarah , our VP Organisational Development and People Excellence, you will join our global People team and will ideally be based in our Paris office.

What you will do:

• Identify and analyse business needs and requirements
• Create and develop functional designs and specifications
• Lead the Workday implementation process from start to finish
• Consulting on a variety of data integrity issues and leading business practices
• Conducting product fit analysis
• Engage with internal stakeholders, defining strategies and requirements, guiding team through the implementation process, configuring the application according to requirements, developing system interface and data conversion plans

What you need to succeed:

• Fluent English
• Experience implementing HCM - Workday will be a strong bonus!
• Advanced knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory by providing guidance to others in functional design processes and completing functional HR/HCM design doc
• Ability to develop complex functional designs, including options for technical platforms
• Ability to collaborate with customers to define deployment expectations and ensure consistency with strategic direction
