A Partner Technical Account Manager (PTAM) is assigned to each Netskope partner in the Netskope Service Delivery Program. The PTAM’s focus is to enable and support partners in their delivery of Activation, Adoption and Operationalization services for Netskope products. TAM does not replace Support Team or Channel Team for owning the relationship or providing pre-sales or POC work.
