We are looking for a hardworking applicant experienced in protein/antibody engineering research. This role is on our Discovery & Engineering Team responsible for the development of therapeutic antibodies against diverse therapeutic targets. The focus will be on antibody engineering technologies, in combination with structural biology, to develop engineering concepts to introduce or improve pH dependent binding properties and strategies to discover pH dependent antibodies de novo. A main objective will be building and testing library-based approaches, screening methods and structural modeling to enable semi-rational or rational mutagenesis. Does this sound intriguing? Ph.D. degree in molecular biology, biochemistry or related field, preferably with emphasis on protein/antibody engineering
This position is not permanent. It is for a fixed duration of two years and possibility of extending to maximum of up to 4 years.
