Job Description

Class Start Date: June 2021

Shift Requirements: 2:30pm - 12:00am, M-F with weekends

Starting Wage: $15.00 per hour with shift & weekend differential

*This is a Temp to Perm Position based off of performance and business needs*

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for handling basic and routine Student Loan inquiries via multiple channels, generally through phone, online chat, or document processing. Student Loan Account representatives use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• Responds to customer inquiries by referring them to published material, secondary sources, or more senior staff. Navigates a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications. Must have excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills and be comfortable with multi-tasking, as needed.

How You’ll Do It

• Assist customers by being Helpful, Engaging, Resourceful, and taking Ownership, in a fast-paced environment via phone, chat, or through customer document processing.

• Internet service with a minimum speed of 5mbps
