You will be joining the DAZN Media Client Management team supporting the Client Manager in the day to day tasks contributing to deliver a top-quality client service. Working in the dynamic Client Management and Performance team, you will be responsible for the post-sales activity ensuring flawless campaign delivery according to the deadlines and KPIs agreed as well as providing a best in class client service to DAZN client portfolio. You will have the full ownership of the projects assigned from the initial phase to the outcome with the supervision of the Client Manager. You will support the team with campaign set-up, monitoring, reporting and analysis to provide meaningful insights about the activity. HERE’S A BREAKDOWN OF WHAT YOU’LL DO (NOT ALL OF IT, JUST THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF)
- Support the Client Manager to ensure campaign delivery and best in class client service
- Liaise with Sales and Ad Operations teams to ensure campaign assets are collected on time and they adhere to DAZN media guidelines
- Monitoring the media campaigns against the KPIs agreed and troubleshooting where needed
- Provide data input and insights for the post campaign reporting
- Collaborate with the Client Manager to identify new media opportunities and new ways to improve the performance
DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?
- Minimum three years’ experience as account specialist working in media industry (either on agency or client side)
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic and international environment embracing changes and daily challenges
- A solid understanding of media and its most relevant metrics (TV and Digital)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Good analytical skills and good IT skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of English (oral and written)
NOT ESSENTIAL BUT GREAT IF YOU ALSO HAVE
- Passion for sport industry
- Knowledge of OTT ecosystem
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
