Job Summary

The Software Product Manager for the AE Software House is the global key contact and coordinator for connected solution software products. She or he coordinates software projects, user requirements and the global rollout to 14 AE plants. The Software Product Manager is responsible to plan and coordinate the product life cycle for software products within a global team of project managers, software engineers and process experts.

Job Responsibilities

• Represents AE Software House products within global Connected Solution Community
• Responsible for software product management, e.g. product life cycle, requirements and release planning
• Coordinates product requirements from users, engineering projects, rollout to plants and product service like
• Controls released projects and coachs project managers
• Supports local key users and engineering team for problem solving
• Setup change management for global change requests
• Align with central departments and process owner for standardization
• Supports product cost planning and control
• Supports product training and local introduction in the plants
• Reports software product status in AE decision boards and on business unit level
• Cooperation with global development and IT service provider within Bosch Group(eg. CI, BCI).

Qualifications

• Master degree
• 3 years working experience in software or manufacturing IT area
• 3 - 5 years of project management experience.
• Familiar with project management basics and relative tools
• Good moderation and presentation skills.
• English: Fluent spoken and written
