Visual Design Consultant, Senior

You will work on a dynamic team in a fast-paced client environment to develop compelling visual communications in support of internal and external DoD campaigns. As a member of our team, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and learn to identify and anticipate their needs and propose solutions that will accurately convey their key messages and themes. You will seek information and knowledge internal and external to the team and develop, produce, and evaluate communications products and materials, such as newsletters, social media graphics, technical diagrams/models, motion graphics, infographics, posters, fact sheets, briefings, reports, and blog posts.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with graphic design, marketing, or communications in a professional work environment
• Experience with building client relationships and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Experience with using the Adobe Creative Suite to develop compelling communications products
• Experience with writing and editing in a variety of writing styles
• Experience with building a range of products, including fact sheets, social media, and campaigns
• Experience with developing motion graphics or animations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Secret clearance
• BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in working with the DoD
• Experience with human-centered design, photography, and videography

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
