Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business, financial, media analytics, or other quantitative field.
  • Experience with implementation and configuration of measurement, web analytics, or attribution strategy.
  • Experience with statistics and hypothesis testing.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data and/or other programming/scripting languages such as R and Python
  • Experience with third-party measurement, site analytics, CRM, or data platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and building relationships.
  • Knowledge of Google measurement capabilities across ad and media platforms including Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, and Google Analytics 360.
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve, proactively presenting solutions to clients and stakeholders.

Our central Measurement and Attribution team is responsible for bridging the gap between devices and across the online-to-offline divide. Accurate measurement is the essential foundation upon which ongoing learnings, decisions, and optimizations are built. As a part of the team you will play a critical role in advancing measurement maturity for Google Canada's advertising customers.

As a Measurement Lead focused on full-funnel measurement, you will be responsible for helping clients better understand the impact of Google media across all of their sales channels in a durable, privacy-friendly way and consult, prepare, and run data driven attribution, experimentation based on geo, conversion lift, incrementality and closely partner with our Marketing Mix Modeling lead. The Measurement Lead will facilitate holistic measurement discussions in a rapidly changing ad ecosystem. The goal is to uncover growth opportunities for our clients, supporting adoption and depth of Google solutions that drive results.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal and external data to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and earn their trust to challenge the status quo together by telling stories with data, both visually and verbally.
  • Collaborate across teams to innovate, activating full measurement and attribution product capabilities for customers, and develop scalable solutions to industry challenges.
  • Advise on marketing analytics, including tagging, attribution, lifetime value, customer segmentation, and data integration.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of measurement initiatives, from idea to implementation.
