This is a fantastic role for an experienced professional to join our Support Office team. In this role you will be responsible for:

The Online Executive is responsible for supporting and enabling the achievement of online retail sales goals. The Online Executive manages the online relationship with retailer.com and PurePlay for their respective Brand Cluster and ensures the successful execution of the seasonal program marketing support designed for basic business, product launches, and promotions.

The Online Executive also oversees the co-ordination of all aspects of the Retailer sites' brand boutique refreshes, redesign, and development to ensure deadline and goals have been successfully accomplished.


Qualifications

Required skills and experience:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in the beauty/retailer, online marketing, or ecommerce area
  • Working knowledge of web technologies
  • Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e. web-based reports, databases, and various multimedia technologies)
  • Understanding of website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools
  • Prior experience working with retailers would be an advantage
  • Prior experience working across geographies would be an advantage
  • Working knowledge of a computerised system including:
    • Microsoft Office 2007/2010 application (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, etc).
    • SAP.
  • Well organized; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
  • Team player with self-initiative; exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Positive attitude with a can-do mentality, demonstrating continuous improvement is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Your ability to prioritise, organise and follow up key concerns will ensure you execute your tasks thoroughly so that all issues are addressed and managed with success.
  • A strong negotiator and problem solver, having an excellent eye for detail - with the ability to influence a broad range of people at all levels.
  • Great interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate at all levels (orally and written)
