As our new Administrative Assistant to Food & Beverage & Culinary you will have a key role by coordinating the following processes:

• First person contact for Ladies & Gentlemen of the F&B and Culinary departments
• Preparing and recording schedules in our payroll system
• Estimate casual staffing needs and preparing schedules for them
• Purchasing
• Occasionally responsible for F&B marketing projects, including preparing flyers, translating menus
• Preparing statistics of profits of different F&B outlets
• Responsible for monthly inventory check
• Taking care of HACCP documents
• First person contact with take-away companies
