Responsible for supporting internal customers by providing a variety of support services in account management, operations, documentation, customer service and technical support. Duties include: discuss operating problems and identify opportunities for improvement; communicating and coordinating with assigned relationship managers; analyzing business issues to create operational efficiencies, quality and compliance; analyzing and resolving operational, systems-related and/or customer issues; monitoring and replying to monitored mailboxes; training and communicating system use to internal customers and assisting with special projects relating to product
conversions data cleanup, and new product development. Provide guidance to all our system users.

Salary range is determined by the location of the job.
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule:

WI-La Crosse: Min: $41,600 Mid: $57,800 Max: $74,000
CO-Colorado Springs: Min: $41,600 Mid: $57,800 Max: $74,000
GA-Atlanta: Min: $41,600 Mid: $57,800 Max: $74,000
NC-Charlotte: Min: $41,600 Mid: $57,800 Max: $74,000

May be considered for a discretionary bonus.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of client service experience demonstrated through work or military experience
  • 1+ year of wealth or investment management experience


Desired Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good analysis, tracking, trending, and modeling skills
  • Experience implementing solutions on behalf of the customer or client, while improving productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Strong collaboration skills


Other Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of WIM Systems including Client Link, KYCM and Client Controlled Document Management


Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
WI-La Crosse: Min: $41,600 Mid: $57,800 Max: $74,000
CO-Colorado Springs: Min: $41,600 Mid: $57,800 Max: $74,000
GA-Atlanta: Min: $41,600 Mid: $57,800 Max: $74,000
NC-Charlotte: Min: $41,600 Mid: $57,800 Max: $74,000
