We are looking for a Sr. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our rapidly growing organization. Reporting to our VP of Finance, this individual will lead a team committed to ensuring the channel and its leaders have the partnership, financial insights and discipline needed as they strive to achieve the strategic priorities and deliver the aggressive growth targets. What You'll Do

CoverMyMeds is looking for a seasoned director for its Access & Adherence finance team. The role will work closely with the leaders of this high growth channel and the segment’s finance team to deliver insightful and actionable reporting. The position is responsible for:

Strategic leadership:

  • Lead a matrix organization to ensure the financial health of CoverMyMeds’ Access and Adherence channel.
  • Contribute to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business. Challenge assumptions, support decision-making, and provide financial analysis and guidance.
  • Ensure the finance organization and its systems optimizes its resources.
  • Elevate insights and analysis through continued development of analytics capabilities and market awareness.
  • Deliver executive level presentations and written commentary to share findings including strategy recommendations.
  • Member of McKesson Prescription Technology Solution (RxTS) Finance extended leadership team responsible for evolving and transforming the finance team to deliver best in class financial support to the businesses in the segment.

Operational leadership:

  • Ownership of rolling forecast, annual budget, and Long-Range Planning process.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly management reports – segment and product level. Identify trends in financial performance and provide insight & recommendations.
  • Ensure Business Units and Product leadership have the tools and support needed to understand financial performance, variances to budget/forecast and implications of performance to past performance and future projections.
  • Increase productivity of finance team through financial system capabilities and process refinement.
  • Ensure team supports senior leaders financial needs, including, but not limited to reporting and analysis, ad hoc request, business case development, financial performance, and metrics.
  • Drive key operations initiatives, financial modeling, and ROI analysis,
  • Lead cross-functional efforts within finance to improve reporting, planning, and analysis capabilities.
  • Serve as a mentor to direct reports in the Finance team, including coaching, developing, and holding the team accountable for results. Fostering an environment that encourages teamwork and communication.
  • Proactively and effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across the business to support business initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Segment FP&A and accounting teams to meet monthly, quarterly & annual finance reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Navigate and build relationships with key stakeholders. Be a team player and a positive influence on others.

About You

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and has strong analytical skills, finance, and accounting expertise. Success in this role requires a proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on professional who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required. Advanced degree a plus.
  • 10 + years’ experience in Financial Planning Analysis roles
  • 5+ years in leadership role
  • Business Intelligence tool experience preferred, but not required.
  • Advanced Excel, Power Point.
  • ERP and Planning tool experience (Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, NetSuite, and SAP a plus).
  • Experience with high growth and/or technology companies preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare industry plus.

Position located in Columbus, Ohio. Travel up to 10% to other locations/Hubs.
