Overview Our Data Analytics team has grown very large quickly, and our business has altogether grown in complexity. While maintaining autonomy of data analysts and data users in general, we built a company-wide coordination team that actively manages analytical expertise, defines and enforces usage policies as well as drives alignment across teams. What you'll do Integrate and be an active member of a full-stack Data Analysis team The Data Enablement team is a global project team at the crossroads of all functions in Criteo (R&D, Analytics, Sales, etc.). Using of our mix of technical, analytical and project skills, we specialize in creating, governing and rolling out innovative Data Products for the whole Data Community. As such, you would: · Take part to any or all part of the birth and growth of Data products: from the initial pitch to the global roll out, including the coding phase and the trainings · Define best practices and workflows on shared topics. · Work with a talented and versatile team · Contribute to the global knowledge base (and the greater good) Lead the way with Data Community around automation topics In order to better serve our clients, there has been recently a general push for more automation (ex: automated business decks, self-service troubleshooting , etc.) and tools were created accordingly. One of our mission is to promote and maximize their usage. This would mean you would: · Develop your Python (language of automation in Criteo) and analytical expertise · Be the go-to-person for all Automation questions. · Animate the community: trainings, demos, supports, anything you see fit, etc. · Identify either existing or new use cases to automate and help in their automation Data Product Ownership Not all tool are created by us (there are other great people in Criteo 😊)! Whether they are client facing or internals-only, you would need, for automation tools, to: · Collect the needs from the local data users all across the board · Measure the tools efficiency and their ROI · Work with the dev team (R&D, Global Automation, etc.) to prioritize the feature requests · Be a driving force in their evolution

Who You are

    • 2-4 years’ experience in a BI focused role with a strong technical and strong analytical components (BI consultant, BI analyst, BI developer, BI Product Owner/Manager,...)
    • You are passionate about business intelligence, data visualization, and the power of analytics
    • You have a strong experience in one or several of these expertise: Data modelling / Data Scheduling / Data Access / Data Processing / Data Visualization and can argue for hours about how to make them work together always more efficiently
    • You love to share, train and coach; you like when things are done properly, and you can be an ambassador for best practices
    • You are outgoing with good communication skills
    • You are versatile, self-driven, detail-oriented and hands-on
    • You like to work with people from all around the world and different cultures
