Who You'll Work With

You’ll be based in our Miramar, FL, Philadelphia, PA or New York, New York office as part of Optimize, the firm function that delivers refreshing, meaningful and impactful experiences through our products and services ranging from travel, event planning, real estate, to contracts, sourcing and purchasing as well as engaging and overseeing external workers and supplier vetting.Your initial focus will be on the Optimize expense program, a priority initiative for Optimize where you will partner with our service providers, different functions across the firm and local offices to accelerate business process automation. You will be staffed in different programs/initiatives to design, develop, and implement innovative processes, technologies and solutions to fundamentally transform the way Optimize and the firm works.

What You'll Do

You will lead the roll-out of our existing automated solutions across different geographies as well as develop new products to achieve the program’s goals.In this role, you will be responsible for existing solutions roll-outs that include understanding users’ requirements and local regulations, redesigning the current business processes as needed, customizing existing solutions, conducting necessary testings and ensuring smooth roll-out of the products. You will actively seek feedback from local offices and other functions, lead effective problem solving sessions to address any concerns raised and build strong buy-in from local offices to roll-out the solution.You will play a lead role in assessing new automation opportunities, building new products, conducting testing and managing pilots. While it might vary based on exact selected solutions (e.g. custom made vs. off-the-shelf), the product development process typically includes all aspects of agile delivery (e.g. storyboard and wireframe development, product backlog management, testing plan design, etc.)You will also spend 20% of your time coaching and growing your direct reports as well as spend time on other people initiatives of Optimize.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in business, industrial engineering, computer science or operations research; master’s degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of product management and/or project management experience
  • People management experience is a plus
  • Proven track record in software development, testing and implementation; experience with agile delivery is a plus
  • Strong influencing skills; ability to create buy-in among senior leaders and mobilize teams to act
  • Excellent stakeholder management; capable of building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external teams through potential conflicting interests
  • Outstanding communication skills; ability to deliver complex ideas in a top-down and structured manner through both verbal and written formats
