As a Panel Builders Program Channel Development Manager, your main responsibility will be to Develop and lead the Strategy and actions for Panel Builders channel growth for Eaton Middle East.

Your Key Deliverables:

  • Define and implement the strategy for Panel Builders channel for Eaton in Middle East region, to drive channel effectiness, Gross targets per country
  • Support exisiting Panel Builder network in the region to achieve the pre-set targets , through competency enhancements, audits, comemrcial support...etc.
  • Liaise with Country technical sales team, to provide required tools for technical and operational support to ensure channel targets achievement. Work with internal stakehodlers to insure timely execution of support required in coordination with the sales management team.
  • Manage the partners agreement in ccordination with country organization, legal and Marketing teams
  • Develop and utilize the commercial dashboards for performance assessment activities for channel partners. Implement necessary actions for perfomance improvement.
  • Identify, qualify and recruit new channel partners in coordination with the country sales leaders to cover the targetted segments and insure channel targets are met
  • Coordinate with Sales, and pricing team the comemrcial policy for the Partners accounts in the region.
  • Define with sales teams the key targets per account (Sales, segments, GTM..etc) and ensure they are achieved , implement regular follow-up mechanism and related support actions
  • Develop / customize and deploy PB programs for different PBs categories in the region

Are you?

Qualifications

Required:

  • Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Degree, MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with Electrical Distribution and control Panel Builders channels in Middle East
  • Electrical Distribution, Switchboard Business, sales and marketing experience
  • Good presentation skills, strong technical knowledge of LV Switchgear, especially ACBs ,MCCBs, controls, Switchboard systems.
  • Business development, sales and/or product marketing experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent English language , Arabic is a Plus.
  • UAE Driving License is a must.
  • Should be willing to travel frequently in the ME region.
  • Should have excellent team playing capabilities
