About the Position

We are looking to hire an experienced Market Data Analyst to manage our exchange market data vendor relationships. You will operate within our team as the vital link between Jane Street and the exchanges on which we trade.

You’ll complete exchange usage declarations and exchange market data reports, audit our compliance with exchange rules, manage inventory of market data products, and reconcile invoices. We’ll also rely on you to manage enrollment in exchange netting programs, and generate and submit netting program reports on an ongoing basis. When representing the firm during exchange market data audits, you’ll coordinate between our internal software engineers and trading teams and the exchange, conveying our market data product questions.

About You

• Professional experience with exchange/vendor audits
• Strong experience with vendor negotiation and relationship management
• Broad understanding of exchange policies and licensing
• Effective communicator who can think strategically to make decisions
• Motivated self-starter who can handle competing, time-sensitive priorities
• Familiar with DART and EMRs for entitlement management
• Experienced with FITS and/or FITS inventory system
• Fluency in English required
