Job Description
The role is expected to :
- Be the guardian of customer and market intelligence supporting RBEI's third party business to global customers
- The incumbent will need to develop a deep understanding of our Portfolio, Markets, Competition, operating models and what’s trending within the organization and its ecosystem
- Be an expert in Analysis, Formulation and Implementation of Strategies; with an eye towards future
- Be adept at working with Senior leadership & influencing them to excel at organizational goal
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit to go beyond analysis and create outcomes while challenging the status-quo
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Thinking and Trend Spotting (Portfolio and Competitive strategy)
- Research, Analysis & Insights (Primary & Secondary Research, Addressable Market Analysis, Market/Competitor Outlook, Risk Assessment)
- Value-based Business Strategy (Business Case Design, Business Model Design, Business Field Analysis)
- Decision Making (Behavioural, Data-Driven, Critical Thinking)
- Executive Storytelling (Executive Presentations and Conversations)
Key Result Areas
- Success of Portfolio Management Reviews- on schedule & positive feedback from stakeholders
- Business field analysis reports, new business solutions and area identification based on comparator and environment research
- Customer intelligence docket for Key account managers for key and growth accounts- on pre-agreed schedule
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent specializing in marketing/ strategy/general management
- ~8-12 years of experience in Consulting, IT Services corporate strategy or similar position with significant experience creating business cases, evaluating financial performance and performing market and competitive assessments
