ATS Surface Transportation Fleet Maintenance is seeking a customer-obsessed Program Manager with a strong track record of delivering results in support of our maintenance execution teams. As a Program Manager, you will focus on what matters most in keeping the backbone of our Middle Mile Fleet operational. You will monitor and react to customer needs and feedback, constantly improving and expanding the maintenance experience.
Additionally, this position will provide support for our business partners through clear, factual communications and lead initiatives on a wide range of complex topics. A successful individual in this role must be skilled at breaking down complex problems into prioritized, executable phases.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Communicate new/updated programs, policies, and processes to leaders, employees, and cross functional organizations.
· Scale services and tools – design processes and procedures that scale with the business’ growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion.
· Drive program objectives – provide program management and define project plans, manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support.
· Manage a team responsible for day-to-day activities that keep the fleet operational to its highest potential.
· Drive resolution of critical issues as well as support processes/systems deep dives to ensure root cause analysis and correction resulting in improved customer experience.
