Team Description
Our Marketing team sets product positioning and strategy, manages product launches, and gathers customer insights. We’re responsible for maximizing our products' potential, in order to delight our users and help Dropbox grow. We partner with teams across the company, including Product, Sales, and Engineering.
Role Description
As a Product Marketing Manager on the GSC PMM team, you will partner with core product, brand and sales teams to launch customer-centric products and solutions in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. The team’s mission is to oversee the intersection of sales motions and product initiatives to maximize full-funnel business impact. This PMM will fill a critical role on the team, supporting the development of our sales plays & programs, as well as launch and release marketing.
- B uild. Deeply understand the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to our business, products and solutions, always connecting customer insights to roadmap strategy.
- Launch . Bring products to market that prove our unique value, vision and leadership by partnering with cross-functional teams to expand global customer reach and awareness.
- Deliver best-in-class product education and communications that bridge the gap between customer experience and product development.
- Grow . Develop messaging that demonstrates deep audience understanding to effectively sell solutions, continuing to advocate for our customers, monitoring sentiment, and providing recommendations for new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of marketing strategy and marketing plans to achieve acquisition and lead goals for our global sales team

- Support Sales Play program lead to develop assets that communicate our multi-product solutions and support integrated marketing initiatives
- Develop creative briefs and collaborate with internal and external marketing partners to produce assets required to support sales enablement, and integrated campaign initiatives
- Own first call deck for sales team- manage content and design updates to ensure deck is current each quarter
- Engage with our sales teams by providing sales enablement support around the Dropbox story and multi-product solutions
- Work cross-functionally and support alignment across stakeholder partners including Sales, Revenue Enablement, Marketing, Brand and Product
- Support Launch and Release Marketing lead on launch initiatives including but not limited to:

- Maintaining the launch calendar and communications to all stakeholders on any relevant changes
- General support across team including SOW and budget management
Requirements
- 4+ years of work experience, with 2+ B2B or B2C SaaS product marketing
- Efficient, highly productive multi-tasker; ability to navigate ambiguity and be willing to learn new, exciting things.
- Strong marketing competencies across GTM messaging, content creation, storytelling and enablement
- Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams and executing high impact go-to-market campaigns
- Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Communications teams
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging
- Strong project management skills; results focused with impactful execution and follow-through; highly detail-oriented
