The opportunity

We are looking to find a dynamic and talented Accounts Manager to join our team in Sevilla. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a solid relationship with your designated restaurant partners in order to help them become more successful on the Just Eat Takeaway platform!

Responsibilities:

You’ll be expected to represent our brand and increase our visibility. Whether you're visiting restaurants, creating more 'orange on the street' or making a restaurant more successful - you always know how to create a win-win situation!

• You will look after our restaurant partners and ensure that a mutually profitable and efficient business relationship is established within your respective region
• Proactively visit your restaurant partners in order to build a strong relationship and increase satisfaction & success. You are responsible for understanding their needs and knowing exactly how to ask the right questions
• You will analyze the performance of your restaurant partners and provide them with professional advice to boost orders and make them grow
• Alongside other team members, continuously work on improving the way we connect with our restaurant partners
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to increase in store visibility

Requirements

Ready to deliver the partnership expertise we need? Then we're excited! But can you also offer us:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience - in sales account management, operations, hospitality or in a comparable position
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) and a professional level of English
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build good and long-term relationships with business partners; Knowledge of the local gastronomy market - restaurant industry will be an additional asset
• Willing to be in the field (Valid Driver's License)
• Flexibility to match your hours to the agenda of the partner restaurants where necessary
• Ability to work independently, with excellent organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
• You are independent, but you are also a very strong team player
• Willing to travel more than 50% of the time within the region
