Job Summary
Working in close partnership with the Mid-Atlantic Marketing Director to lead and manage strategic Brand
and Growth Marketing, the Mid-Atlantic Marketing Manager will be responsible for awareness and “top of
the funnel” initiatives for the Mid-Atlantic Division with the goal of helping CBRE stand out from
competitors. Laser focused on the individual(s) we want reading, downloading, watching our content and
how they are experiencing our brand along the “customer journey.”
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with Marketing Director and Senior Leadership to set and drive implementation of strategic
Growth Marketing goals/priorities for the division
• Identify and manage local market funded and top producer exernal advertisements
• Partner with Sales Management, Research, and Communications to preposition CBRE for
significant pursuits
• Collaborate with Field Research and Thought Leadership to create “snackable” deliverables for
both internal and external consumption
• Partner with Comms for thoughtful and consumable distribution- create scalable programs that
deliver the right content to the right people at the right time
• Consult with producer teams to uncover unique differentiators and develp tools to drive market
share
• Strategic oversight of all Growth Marketing materials to ensure consistent quality, messaging,
tone of voice and brand standards
• Partner on significant internal and external events and required deliverables
• Lead and partner on significant pursuit efforts as needed
Required Knowledge & Skills:
• Demonstrate an understanding of the commercial real estate business and the ability to think
strategically about the company’s position in the marketplace
• Coaching, mentoring and talent development/management
• Ability to manage up, down and sideways and navigate a highly-matrixed organization
• Ability to learn/understand the complexities and strategic priorities of the business to adapt
marketing tools accordingly
• Ability to motivate, influence and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management and
internal client groups to take desired action
• Ability to mitigate and resolve conflicts
• Ability to innovate and impact positive change
• Must be able to manage multiple projects at once and be given a variety of tasks and determine a
priority and delegate appropriately

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, Master’s preferred
• Minimum of six years’ related experience
• Commercial real estate knowledge preferred
• Position based in Washington DC office
