• Manager level position responsible for directing E2E network strategy and execution to support Mast/Bath & Body Works Direct(BBWD) initiatives in coordination with the brands and the 3PL partner(s).
• Serves as brand liaison and provides 3PL with pertinent business information in order to operate a successful distribution center. Provides suggestions and information to distribution center's executive team and represents needs for the brand/business (this includes process improvement initiatives in Ecomm fulfillment centers). Monitors and controls expenses related to 3PL.
• Partners with BBWD Transportation & Parcel teams on strategic planning for North American parcel transportation network.
• Will have project oversight on 1 or more facility start-ups and 2-3 steady state fulfillment operations
• Some domestic travel will be required (up to 15%)
Client Interface
• Coordinate interpret, and communicate brand forecasts
• Manage special projects as needed
• Serve as interface between 3PL and Mast/BBWD
• Coordinate logistics activities with other business units (BBW stores, VSD, Mast)
• Manage connectivity with enterprise shared resources (Inventory Control, Transportation, Finance, etc.)
Manage 3PL Performance
• Monitor SLA’s and other performance reporting
• Audit 3PL self-reported SLA reporting
• Represent LBI in monthly business reviews
• Represent LBI in weekly performance update meetings
• Facilitate continuous improvement activities
Risk Oversight
• Process related risk; develop deep knowledge of all fulfillment center processes.
• Maintain awareness of product and other changes that can impact processes.
• Assess training programs to ensure compliance with SOP’s
• Human Resource related risk- Assess overall associate relations climate
• Technology related risk
Expertise
• Building rapport across diverse levels of leadership and 3PL partners (internal and external)
• Interface and collaborate with parcel team
• Manage order accuracy metrics and audits
• Lean process and reducing inefficiencies within 4 wall operations

• Liaison to interface with Customer Care Center (Kettering)
• Partner with brand and 3PL to understand SKU velocity and build slotting strategy

• Serve as trusted advisor; offer feedback and guidance on supply chain activities through a deep understanding of the LBI supply chain & DTC operations
• Provide strategic planning Active collaboration with parcel transportation network team to ensure outbound plans are successful

Years of Related Experience & Education
• 7-10 years of leadership experience in a high volume, automated, customer-centric distribution /production environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or equivalent experience and professional development in Engineering, Logistics. Graduate degree preferred
• Working knowledge of PC based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, scheduling, other databases and WMS systems
