Your Mission

Reporting to the Head of Talent, and collaborating regularly with members of the Talent team the Talent Marketing Specialist will help us build a world class top of funnel motion by combining marketing fundamentals and the direct recruitment process.

Background

With some of our key skill sets it is imperative that we differentiate ourselves as an employer of choice. This differentiation is most critical with the most passive job seekers, those with in demand skill sets, and considerable options for future employment. With these ‘Talent Pools’ we must position ourselves as an employer of interest and one that deserves immediate attention the moment they become active on the job market.

As a Recruiting function the majority of our efforts are focused on the Application and Selection stages of the recruitment funnel. Most of this is done through direct outreach on a job:candidate basis, and done by a member of the recruiting team.

We see an opportunity to solve for this by building a model that integrates

1. Direct Sourcing
2. Talent Pools & Nurture Campaigns
3. The Tray Platform for Talent Automation

As a marketer first, you would be responsible for

• Creating and Continually improving a strategic email marketing motion with passive candidates
• Collaborating with Hiring Managers, Department Leaders and the Talent team to continue to build on our existing employer brand.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and external creative to build Employer Brand content
• Using Conversion rate data, continually improve our email outreach and its impact on the candidate experience of a potential Tray applicant.
• Using the Tray platform build bespoke workflows that provide the Talent team with an automation and integration advantage over other employers of choice.
