Position Summary: The Project Coordinator is accountable for coordinating activities related to software implementation projects starting with the handoff from sales and ending with the deployment of our system in client’s facilities. Project Management Analysts will work with one or more department teams through the entire lifecycle to ensure successful management of the financial analysis and reconciliation process and the implementation of project management controls. Key Responsibilities: · Working with the project management team to provide project coordination and support to ensure all project deliverables are met. · Using internal systems, perform project monitoring and control activities on all project execution issues such as project time management, status reporting, and project risk, issue and action tracking. · Maintain project documentation and artifacts. · Manage smaller projects as necessary. Required Experience: · Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree · 1-2 years of project management related work experience · Previous experience with PointClickCare, healthcare systems (EHR, EMR, Pharmacy) is an asset · Team player with leadership capability who can build solid internal working relationships through influence and collaboration. · Positive attitude and great work ethic · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Outstanding attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and adherence to project deadlines · Self-starter with the ability to take on new challenges and a desire to define and implement solutions · Excellent PC skills and proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce · Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Working at PointClickCare goes beyond the resume, because the work we perform makes a true difference in people’s lives.
