Description of the role:

Strategic planning and execution for Emgality & Immunology brands including preparation and implementation of annual plans and activities, customer management and OPEX ownership.
Position will report to Roni Sarfati, Biomed Group Brand Leader, Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Planning & Implementation of Product marketing activities
• Plan and execute new product launches
• Identify critical success factors for competing in the market
• Develop product strategy & customer plan
• Ability to work in a cross functional team and to lead without authority.
• Adherence and compliance to all procedures and regulations
• Thought leader management
• Budget management

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in the pharma market, majority of which on the commercial front.
• Bachelor’s degree. MBA - advantage

Skills and knowledge:

• Proven track record of delivering strong business results
• Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
• Learn and adjust quickly to a changing environment.
• Lead processes in the organization; be creative as well as work under pressure.
• Superior analytical, planning and organizing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
