We're looking for a Brand Communications Associate to tell the world about ThirdLove through cross-channel brand stories.

In this role, you’ll lead executing cross-functional marketing and brand communications initiatives by collaborating on day-to-day responsibilities across teams. You’ll coordinate internal and external communications to facilitate relationships with our PR Agency and additional media partners. You’ll focus on generating results while developing longer-term PR tactics and strategies to drive brand awareness and relevance in the marketplace. Most importantly, you have a passion for ThirdLove and are excited about telling our brand story to the masses.

THE JOB

• Lead relationships with external partners including PR/social agencies, editors, influencers and talent managers
• Coordinate product fulfillment for brand campaigns and review programs
• Create monthly line sheets, photo library and other materials for external requests
• Manage PR and VIP gifting & mailings with external and internal teams
• Manage monthly collection samples and maintain sample outform and tracking
• Collaborate with influencers, PR, and social team members to develop a digital community who champions the ThirdLove brand
• Work cross-functionally within the Brand Marketing Team to ensure alignment
• Execute on-site events and social activations
• Partner with the customer experience team to develop a white-glove experience for key stakeholders
• Track competitive press coverage and social activations
• Compile and share weekly press hits for All Staff update and with the marketing team
• Manage calendar for PR, Events, Content, Speaking, and other Brand channels
• Monitor, track & update daily press results & clippings across all channels
• Complete day-to-day administrative responsibilities as assigned

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of relevant Communications and PR experience
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism preferred
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with proven creative storytelling ability
• Adaptable, fast learner with an eye for details and a keen interest in digital media
• Strong project/time-management skills, and the ability to multitask between a mix of short-term and long-term projects, involving multiple teams and marketing partners.
• Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement with the ability to take an idea and bring it to life with minimal supervision.
