Job Description

You’ll join our Supply & Data Partnerships team to lead all publisher strategy and operations. You’ll work closely with leadership teams at top publishers, platforms and industry associations, as well as with the internal leaders of product, engineering, analytics, legal and finance. Based on research and analysis of the evolving supply environment, you will identify and prioritize a series of publisher business development opportunities, building consensus across departments in order to create and implement the 2021-22 publisher roadmap, securing incremental investments via business cases and driving your vision all the way through execution.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Lead all strategy and operations for global publisher partnerships, representing NextRoll within Prebid.org and owning strong relationships with leadership teams of top global publishers. Global rollout of new context and identity products and industry initiatives, header bidding strategy (client-side and/or S2S) and creation of a B2B publisher network to fuel ABM audience intelligence and intent data assets.
  • Align department goals quarterly with NextRoll company strategy and deliver at or above expectations on all milestones and financial targets set forth for the publisher partnerships business unit across Corporate, AdRoll and RollWorks.
  • Develop 2021-22 GTM for B2B publisher network, header bidding, licensing and identity initiatives , including opportunity assessment across the Enterprise/MM/SMB publisher sets as well as across channel partners including network, SSP, MMP, CDP, DMP, DSP.
  • Identify and execute critical development milestones required for scale in the GTM planning and initial execution, including core technology, administrative, financial, privacy and legal frameworks required for short term success and longer-term scale. Leverage NextRoll synergies to maximize product-market fit and revenue opportunities across XID, Header Bidding and the B2B Publisher Network.
  • Steer medium/long term publisher product roadmap and overall company strategy as a member of the NextRoll Senior Leadership Team, identifying and executing critical needs, expansion opportunities and new capabilities.
  • Create and deliver investment cases to grow your team - hiring, training, developing and retaining an industry leading Publisher Partnerships team.

Skills you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Adtech or Martech working directly with publishers and/or programmatic platforms
  • Deep commercial and technical understanding of programmatic advertising with specific expertise and strong existing relationships on the supply side
  • Strong grasp of industry initiatives to address 3P cookie deprecation as well as current/proposed solutions for post 3P-cookie programmatic advertising products, including the implications for publishers and opportunities therein for publishers to work more closely with platforms like NextRoll
