The Content Development Team of Global Commercial Services (GCS) is responsible for the development of innovative, best-in-class content experiences to engage and inform business leaders and decision makers. We are looking for an Analyst/Sr. Analyst, Content Marketing, to support the development and execution of content strategies that expand reach and engagement within our target audience of business leaders and decision makers. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role working with a smart, fun team of editors, content strategists, social media marketers and more. They will work across internal and external teams and partners to produce and measure innovative content experiences both on and off our owned platforms while maintaining a customer-first focus and ensuring quality and compliance. To be successful, this person will have an editorial eye, digital marketing knowledge, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:

• Support major content partnerships and branded content initiatives
• Support team and partners on marketing execution for new and ongoing creative development
• Work closely with cross-functional partners such as product management, risk, creative agencies and media agencies on various initiatives
• Work with legal and brand teams to ensure that all content produced is compliant
• Own team scorecard, monitoring performance metrics and providing insights for improvements

• Undergraduate degree
• A minimum of 1-3 years of work experience, experience in marketing or digital media a plus
• Proven content marketing skills, combining creativity and an eye for quality
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• Results-driven and detail-oriented
• Must be able to take initiative and simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities
• Proven history of building and leveraging relationships across various agencies, partners and stakeholders
• A team player with demonstrated collaborative skills across business units, geographies, functions, and executive levels
• Strong communication skills, in particular editing and writing skills
• Passion for and interest in new communications tools, social media, and digital media
• Excellent communications skills, in particular editing and writing
• Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint/Word
• Willingness to be hands-on
