We're looking for an Associate Technical Recruiter to join our team!

Empowered by the Greenhouse product suite, recruiters at Greenhouse form strategic partnerships with our hiring managers to enable informed, data-driven decisions that result in the best hires. What you'll do

• Conduct critical job searches for our Engineering team across locations, owning the process from kick-off to close
• Understand and apply data effectively, positively impacting the Talent Acquisition team's overall metrics
• Develop strong hiring manager partnerships and empower informed decision-making
• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies in adherence with our internal standards
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout each of your interview processes

You should have

• Full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Motivation to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that resonate with our brand voice
• Experience using Greenhouse in-house, a plus
