Medallia is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to oversee mobile messaging, chatbot integrations and reporting capabilities. You will be responsible for owning and executing on Medallia‘s product strategy for messaging channel engagement for an enterprise-- enabling real time feedback signal capture of customer experiences across messaging channels such as SMS, Whatsapp and beyond. You will conceive, enhance and maintain reports, analytics and front end application workflows which delight Medallia customers. Medallia is the world’s largest collection of experience-focused thinkers and software developers and you will be a part of this elite team.

Responsibilities:

    • Drive the product roadmap and long-term product strategy for messaging signal capture for MedalliaThink and help build products with a platform mindset, specifically how features fit into the overall platform, how they scale, etc.
    • Manage, hire, and develop a team of product managers as needed, as a player-coach Provide clear prioritization of varying product initiatives Lead the definition of product requirements, write PRDs yourself if needed.
    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure your product is driving the desired business results .Track and improve key product metrics.

Requirements:

    • 3+ years of product management or experience at high-growth startups or from a large, world-class, enterprise product organization.
    • Direct product experience creating and working with APIs as well as front end software applications.Proven track record of shipping products by translating vision into a product roadmap, collaborating with engineering on product delivery, and taking the product to market.
    • Ideally, experienced in using SCRUM tools to manage the product milestones and communicate priorities.
    • Exceptional at planning, setting expectations, making and meeting commitments.
    • Prior experience in messaging products and chatbot integrations is a plus.
