Overview The Solutions Engineer will act as a technical consultant and point of escalation for engineers across APAC who are qualifying, integrating and maintaining App accounts for some of the largest marketers in the world. This role interacts with all members of the operations team, partnering with sales, account strategy, product, engineering and creative. The ideal candidate will ultimately become an expert in the inner workings of Criteo's best-in-class app advertising technology, have the ability to easily solve issues with client technical integrations, and display excellent communication and project management skills to ensure the success of technical partnerships. Responsibilities
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Criteo product from a technical perspective, especially the App Install and App Retargeting suite
- Advise on, and at times coordinate major client integrations to drive revenue
- Solve client problems by using a variety of analytical and technical tools, developing innovative solutions, troubleshooting client-side code and dashboard configurations, querying databases, and analyzing results
- Communicate to internal partners and at times clients directly, to drive the success of partnerships
- Drive product innovation and best practices by presenting client feedback to product teams and creating short term workarounds
- Evangelize new products and features, assist clients in the integration and adoption of features to help ensure long-term success of App campaigns
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of one or more programming languages, especially those used to develop native apps (eg. Java, Swift, Objective-C, JQ), networking concepts and principles of mobile advertising (deeplinking, attribution, postbacks)
- Excellent written and verbal skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts in a way that is easy for clients and non-technical partners to understand
- Hard working, team-oriented, bright, creative, cooperative, and exceptional problem solving skills
- Early adopter of technology, passion and interest in the mobile landscape
- Basic understanding and working knowledge of databases
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science or similar technical field
