The ESGO partners with subject matter experts and stakeholders representing all lines of business to maintain the inventories, data, and linkages included in the Services Delivery Model. The ESGO then leverages this business intelligence to support strategic enterprise and business-specific initiatives, efficiency, effectiveness, and experience goals, and our various regulatory obligations (e.g., Recovery and Resolution Planning, Regulation W).

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Improve ESGO Risk and Control Environment: Identify and prioritize efforts focused on improving ESGO control gaps and weaknesses
  • Improve ESGO Data Quality and Underlying Processes: Support transition to more frequent production of the enterprise Service Catalog
  • Develop Key Metrics: Identify, define, and report on key metrics to measure ESGO size and scope, productivity, risks, and control environment
