Market Job Description

Responsible for performing a variety of loan servicing duties on complex loan packages to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures for loan products. Functions include:

• processing, closing and compliance for loan products including loan disbursements, payoffs and demands
• assisting in monitoring loan draw requests; completing disbursement audits
• preparing loan reconciliations
• and compiling data for management reports
• performing modifications and renewals
• ordering all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow-ups
• within the commercial business is responsible for complex payment processing, working capital/fixed asset loans, and complex tax transactions
• involved in relevant projects on behalf of Operations; first level SOP drafter
• may provide guidance and training to other loan documentation team members
• other tasks as assigned by RMB Ops Manager/Shanghai Ops Team Head

Market Skills and Certifications

• 5 years working experience in local financial sector of which 3 years of RMB Loan and Deposit related working experience is preferable.
• Familiar with China Regulatory Basic Requirement and Directive for Corporate Loan business.
• Colleague Graduates as the minimum requirement; preferably majored in Finance/Accounting/International Trade/Business Administration
• CFA/CFA Candidate is preferable.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• Basic office software skill.(Excel, Work, PPT)
• Team player being able to work hard and collaboratively.
• Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
• Based in Shanghai.
