Job Description
As 'Leadership Development Content & Delivery Manager', you willlead the global strategy & content development and programme delivery for leadership development from early careers to executive and LG level (level G-M). This includes talent & leadership development priorities captured by the Talent and Development Business Partners.
This role will partner with the O&ES Business Partners, Talent & Performance Management team, Digital Design Specialists, internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the leadership development and related strategies are delivering to the needs of Booking.com
B.responsible
- Own & develop global content strategy for Booking leadership & management development programs in line with future leading research and current thinking in leadership development, business psychology and talent development,, including all content solutions, approaches & vendor
- Facilitate leadership development content across a range of career levels, including LG
- To design, deliver and evaluate targeted products/interventions for all segments of Booking.com leadership community
- Collaborate with Learning & HR Business Partners to ensure learning solutions are fit for purpose and will meet end user requirements
- Leading (or forming part of) L&D project teams by building collaborative partnerships between SMEs, team members and key stakeholders to build and scale effective learning solutions across their area of responsibility
- To manage external vendor partnerships, from sourcing to negotiation, commissioning, and ongoing relationship management
- To lead a matrixed team of facilitators and associates, overseeing the entire lifecycle, including resource planning and quality assurance
- Supporting the wider O&ES function as appropriate for the dept’s strategy and goals
- To continually develop own knowledge and skills, keep abreast of market developments and benchmark activities externally to ensure best practice
B.skilled
- An excellent knowledge of management capability & leadership development, combined with the ability to deliver pragmatic and impactful solutions.
- 8+ years' of experience in HR/learning & development or human capital consulting experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience (managing a large team with employees with diverse job profiles or with managing managers).
- Strong stakeholder management skills. Experience with facilitating sessions for Senior Leaders.
- Able to push back and deal with receiving pushback from Senior Leadership.)
- Program Management experience.
- Strong vision on what great leadership looks like.
- Excellent knowledge of learning & development, combined with the ability to deliver pragmatic and impactful solutions.
- The ability to react swiftly and adapt plans quickly to meet business needs
- Ability to drive relationships and collaboration across different levels of the organisation, obtain buy-in, and achieve success in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Excellent communication & influencing skills combined with a strong ability to navigate in a complex environment.
- Strong commercial acumen
- Demonstrable experience of dealing with and prioritising complex business requirements within a multi-project programmes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexible and a positive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills with a good attention to detail
- A Coaching Certificate is prefered
